Shipping costs and methods

Shipping costs vary based on weight, volume, and destination. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on average weights of the products being ordered. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Available shipping methods include:

*All international shipping rates are now calculated based on the weight of the order. Shipping rates can be calculated and previewed at the bottom of the cart page, once items have been added to the cart.

When will my order ship?

Please allow Hoofashion 1 to 3 business days to process and ship your order. Due to varying demand and order volumes, processing times may vary. Custom orders, special requests, made-to-order, and larger volume orders may be subject to longer processing times. 

**Please note that processing and shipping times may run a bit longer throughout the holiday season and during sales and special promotions.

How will my order ship?

By default, shipping will be fulfilled using DHL,UPS,FEDEX,ePacket etc for international orders.

Customs & Import Taxes

All customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes required by their own country. Hoofashion is bound by law to declare the full purchase value of your order, along with an invoice of purchase. Hoofashion will not be able to declare a lower value.

Payment Terms

1. We are accept the payment by Paypal and Western Union,or you can choose DHgate Online order.
2. If shipping by Express or by air, full payment must be paid before the delivery of the goods.
3. If shipping by sea, 30% deposit, the rest 70% should be paid at the sight of the copy of B/L.
4. The buyer is responsible for any tax,shipping charges,duties charged by their country.

Afterservice

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive the incorrect item or it was damaged upon delivery, please contact us so that we can arrange a replacement or apply a credit to your account. SoulMakes must be notified of any damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. You will not be responsible for shipping costs of replacement products for damages, missing, or incorrect items.
